Set in the chaotic era of the Republic of China, the story revolves around the legendary Qianhe Taoist Long San, who possesses extraordinary skills. Commissioned by someone, he travels to Baotou to exorcise demons and save people, upholding justice and the Dao. Along the way, he encounters a robbery but rescues the illusion-maker Xian'er in Huangmiao Village. Subsequently, in Baotou City, he helps the lower-class trapped Yaoxian, seeks to recover his lost magical artifact, disbands the notorious robbers, the Xiangma gang, and awakens the deeply poisoned Haiyan.
